"Pooling expertise and resources for the study of complex biological systems"

Welcome to the TMGC Web Site

The Tennessee Mouse Genome Consortium (TMGC) brings together expertise and resources for the study of complex biological systems using mouse model systems. Our consortium includes a National Laboratory, several universities, and several medical research centers.

The consortium is continuing to take advantage of expertise focused on neuroscience, aging, cardio- and renal-physiology, metabolism, and proteomics in study of complex biological systems.

We invite you to examine our institutions, people and projects; join or collaborate with the TMGC; or request notification of mouse mutants or phenotype screens. If you have any questions, please see our FAQ page or contact us directly.
